Are Aarogyam B Plus Package and Aarogyam B Plus Profile with UTSH the same?
No. Although they are similar, the Aarogyam B Plus Package is a newer version of the Aarogyam B Plus Profile with UTSH. It replaces a few tests and adds others that doctors in India frequently prescribe. For example, the package includes blood tests for vitamins B12 and D, which are not included in the Aarogyam B Plus Profile with UTSH.
What is the difference between Aarogyam B Plus Package and C Plus Package?
B Plus is the lower-price 86-parameter option. C Plus retains that complete set and widens the assessment in six areas: iron status, thyroid hormones, kidney function, liver assessment, electrolytes, and cardiovascular inflammation. It costs ₹300 more.
What is the difference between Thyrocare’s Aarogyam Pro and Plus series?
There is one main difference. Pro-series packages do not include urine tests, whereas basic and standard Plus-series packages include routine and microscopic urine examination (Urine R/E & ME). Advanced Plus-series packages also include urine creatinine, urine microalbumin, and the urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio (Urine ACR).
How are these packages helpful in preventive health monitoring?
Aarogyam B Plus and C Plus packages are carefully designed for preventive health checkups related to diseases and chronic disorders caused by modern lifestyles and busy work schedules. Depending on your health status and goals, you may choose either package. While the B Plus Package is designed for a standard annual preventive health checkup, the C Plus Package is designed for those who have known thyroid or liver issues and/or want a more comprehensive full-body checkup with a thyroid profile, GGT, serum calcium, uric acid, an iron study, and hs-CRP. Based on your goals, needs, and doctor’s advice, you may decide how frequently to have a preventive health checkup using either package or choose a lower or higher package.
Why should I choose Aarogyam B Plus or C Plus Package instead of individual blood or urine tests?
If you need many of the tests included in either the Aarogyam B Plus Package or the C Plus Package, booking the package costs significantly less than booking the same tests individually. This is the main reason for choosing a package instead of ordering separate tests. If you need only a few routine tests, you may book only those tests.
How can I be assured that the report is accurate and belongs to me?
Report accuracy depends on laboratory protocols, quality control, and testing technology.
