Tests, Profiles, Packages and Imaging
5. What is the difference between an individual test, a health profile and a full body checkup package?
An individual test is one laboratory investigation ordered for a specific purpose, although its report may contain one result or several related values. A health profile or panel combines related investigations for an organ, health concern, or clinical requirement. A full body checkup package brings together several routine and preventive health checkup profiles covering multiple areas of health. Examples of individual tests are HbA1c, serum creatinine, or serum ferritin. Examples of health profiles include liver function tests (LFT), cardiac risk markers, and diabetes profiles. A full body checkup package includes a hemogram, urine analysis, kidney and liver function tests, thyroid and lipid profiles, diabetes screening, and other tests and panels, depending on the scope of the package.
6. What individual diagnostic tests are available?
The laboratory catalog covers blood, urine, stool, sputum, tissue and other sample-based investigations. It includes routine and specialized tests in hematology, biochemistry, diabetes, thyroid and other hormones, liver and kidney function, cardiac health, vitamins and minerals, immunology, infections, allergy, tumor markers, therapeutic drug monitoring, molecular testing, PCR, cultures and genetic testing. Although Healthcare Offers lists only a limited number of tests, the full laboratory test catalog contains 1,200+ tests. Browse the frequently booked test directory .
7. What types of health profiles and panels are available?
Core profiles include complete blood count, diabetes, lipid, liver, kidney, thyroid, cardiac risk, urine, electrolyte, iron, anemia, vitamin, mineral and bone health profiles. The specialized range includes hormone and fertility panels, women’s health, prenatal and antenatal screening, allergy and food-intolerance profiles, autoimmune and arthritis panels, fever and infection profiles, hepatitis and viral screening, STI screening, tumor marker profiles, heavy-metal testing, amino acid profiles, hemoglobin variant analysis, hair fall analysis profiles and premarital screening. View common health profiles and specialized Jaanch panels for more information.
8. What types of full body checkup packages are available?
Full body checkups range from basic and standard preventive screening to advanced, comprehensive, and master health checkups. The range includes Aarogyam and other Thyrocare preventive packages, annual wellness options, packages for men, women and senior citizens, 1+1 offers, and packages designed around nutrition, fitness or tests requested as part of diet and wellness programs. Each package has its own test list, sample requirements and preparation instructions. View the popular full body checkup packages and Aarogyam packages for cost-effective health screening options.
9. What are Aarogyam and Jaanch?
Aarogyam is Thyrocare’s preventive health checkup range, with packages combining multiple profiles and tests in different health areas. Jaanch is a range of profiles organized around health requirements such as diabetes, heart health, thyroid health, anemia, arthritis, fever, women’s health and STI screening. While Aarogyam packages are for full body checkups, Jaanch profiles are for specialized screening around a single health concern.
10. Are packages available for different age groups and genders?
Yes. There are package options for men and women and senior citizens . A package labeled for an age group or gender may not meet every individual requirement, so its test list should still be reviewed carefully.
11. Are women’s health, fertility and pregnancy-related tests available?
Yes. We have women’s wellness and hormone profiles, fertility investigations, PCOS or PCOD profiles, antenatal panels, TORCH testing, maternal serum screening, non-invasive prenatal screening, and other panels specifically related to women’s health and maternity. These tests serve different purposes and are not interchangeable. Panels related to pregnancy or maternity must be booked at the appropriate stage of pregnancy and on the advice of the treating doctor. See the women’s health profiles and prenatal and antenatal screening sections.
12. Are allergy, food intolerance, heavy-metal and genetic tests available?
Yes. Allergy services include total and allergen-specific IgE testing, along with food, inhalant, drug and comprehensive allergy panels . Food-intolerance profiles are separate from IgE allergy testing, and their results require clinical context. Specialized panels also include toxic elements and heavy metal testing using blood or urine, hemoglobin variant analysis, amino-acid profiles and genomic wellness testing . The purpose, sample type, and limitations of each test should be understood before ordering.
13. Can I book a CT or PET-CT scan through Healthcare Offers?
Yes. Healthcare Offers facilitates center-based appointments for CT scans and PET-CT scans. CT options may include plain CT, contrast-enhanced CT, HRCT, 3D CT, and CT angiography. The PET-CT scan type and tracer depend on the clinical indication and prescription. The authorized imaging center or radiologist confirms the protocol, preparation, and availability. These scans cannot be performed through home collection.
14. Can I book a test that is not listed on the website?
Yes. Our website has dedicated pages for commonly requested services, but the laboratory catalog is larger. Share the exact test name or a clear copy of the prescription with Healthcare Offers. The team will check the availability, required method, sample type, preparation, reporting time, and collection option before confirming the booking. If a prescription is unclear, clarification will be requested.
15. How can I check the latest price and exact test list?
Open the relevant test, profile, or package page close to the booking date and confirm the details with Healthcare Offers before payment or sample collection. Prices, discounts, included tests, and reported parameter counts can change when a laboratory updates a service or an offer is launched or discontinued. The booking confirmation includes the service name, included parameters, sample requirements, preparation instructions, expected reporting time, and the payable amount.
16. How should I choose a test, profile or package?
Follow the prescription when a doctor has advised specific investigations. For a routine preventive checkup, first identify the purpose of testing and then review the actual tests included in the package. A larger package, a higher parameter count, or a bigger discount does not make an option more appropriate. Healthcare Offers can explain package contents and help match a prescription, but symptoms and abnormal results should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
Booking and Delivery
17. How do I book through Healthcare Offers?
Choose the required test, profile, or package, or share the prescription if you need the prescribed tests to be identified. You can book through the website form, WhatsApp, or phone. Provide the name, age, and gender of the beneficiary, along with the mobile number, email address, complete sample collection address with PIN code, and preferred date and time. The service name, current price, preparation requirements, collection option and appointment slot are confirmed before the order is created. Use the official channels listed on the contact page.
18. Is home sample collection available?
Yes. Home or office sample collection is available for many blood tests, health profiles, and full body checkup packages at 5,000+ PIN code locations across India. Availability depends on the requested service, sample type, locality, and collection slots. In most cases, home collection is free. However, if a booking does not meet a minimum order value, a nominal charge may apply.
19. Do all services include home sample collection?
No. CT, PET-CT, and other imaging services require a visit to the confirmed imaging center. Some specialized laboratory tests, such as cytology or histopathology, also require sample collection at a branch, laboratory, or clinical facility, while others need a particular container or collection method. However, home sample collection is available for all blood, urine, sputum, and stool tests.
20. How do I know whether fasting or other preparation is required?
Preparation requirements with clear instructions are given on the relevant test, profile or package pages. Depending on the investigation, the instructions can cover fasting, collection time, food or drink, exercise, menstrual-cycle timing, stage of pregnancy or collection of a urine, stool or other sample. Instructions involving prescribed medicines should come from the treating doctor.
21. What are the terms and conditions for 1+1 offers?
Both beneficiaries must be available at the same address during the same sample collection slot to use a 1+1 or dual offer. Any rescheduling or cancellation of the order will apply to both beneficiaries.
22. What payment options are available?
All home collection pathology bookings can be paid online when the sample is collected. Advance payment can also be made through a secure payment gateway if you prefer to pay in advance. The available gateway options include UPI, debit or credit card, net banking and digital wallets. Imaging centers and other service providers have different payment arrangements, including payment at the center.
23. How and when are reports delivered?
For all lab tests, you will receive a link via WhatsApp and email to view the online report or download the digital report. The expected reporting time is given for the specific test or package and is counted from sample collection. Specialized investigations can take longer than routine tests, and tests within the same order can have different reporting times. Basic routine tests are reported within 24 hours of sample collection. A printed report can be requested while booking. The fixed courier charge is ₹75, and delivery usually takes three to four days.
24. Can I cancel or reschedule an order?
Yes. An order can be canceled or rescheduled at any time before sample collection. Send the request with the order ID through the same WhatsApp number or official channel used for the booking. If an advance payment has been made, you will receive a full refund via the applicable payment method and in accordance with the current cancellation and refund policy. Cancellation is not available after the sample has been collected and sent for processing. For a linked 1+1 or 1+2 offer, the change will affect all the beneficiaries included in the order.
Coverage, Laboratory Network and Quality
25. Where are Healthcare Offers’ services available?
Healthcare Offers arranges Thyrocare tests, health profiles, and full body checkup packages across 5,000+ PIN code areas, including 250+ cities in India. Home collection depends on the exact test, sample type, PIN code, and available appointment slot. Branch collection is available in limited locations. In rural areas, our services are not available. CT, PET-CT, and other imaging appointments are limited to participating imaging centers. Since not every service is available in every location, coverage is confirmed before the order is created.
26. Who is Thyrocare?
Thyrocare Technologies Limited is an Indian diagnostics and preventive healthcare company founded in 1996. It operates a fully automated, IT-enabled pathology laboratory network and became part of the API Holdings group in 2021. Thyrocare is listed on the National Stock Exchange and the BSE. For bookings made through Healthcare Offers, Thyrocare is responsible for sample processing, technical validation, and issuing the laboratory report, while Healthcare Offers provides discounts, makes services affordable and convenient, and arranges service at home.
27. Where are pathology samples processed?
Samples are sent to the Thyrocare processing laboratory assigned according to the collection location and the technical requirements of the ordered test. Routine samples are generally processed through the regional laboratory network rather than being sent to a CPL. Specialized investigations that are not performed locally are routed to a CPL in Delhi or Mumbai.
28. What is Thyrocare’s current laboratory network?
As of 4 September 2026, Thyrocare has 44 pathology laboratories in India and one laboratory in Tanzania. The Indian network includes central, zonal, regional and hybrid laboratories. The diagnostic brand has more than 11,700 active franchisees and a home collection network of 2,000 phlebotomists. The latest laboratories added were in Jamshedpur, Muzaffarpur, Kurnool and Prayagraj. These operational figures can change as the network expands and should therefore be read with the actual review date.
29. What accreditations does Thyrocare hold?
All Thyrocare laboratories are accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL). In December 2024, Thyrocare became the first national diagnostic chain in India to be NABL-accredited across its entire laboratory network. Thyrocare has also been accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) since 2007.
30. Is Thyrocare ISO certified?
Yes. Thyrocare is certified to ISO 9001:2015 for its quality management system. The company first obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2001 and subsequently upgraded to the current standard.
31. How are sample integrity and report quality maintained?
Trained phlebotomists strictly follow the required sample collection and handling instructions. Each sample receives a unique barcode for identification and tracking and is transported under the temperature conditions required for that sample. At the assigned laboratory, samples are processed using fully automated analyzers, followed by technical checks and report validation. Abnormal results are rechecked, and laboratory reports are reviewed and verified by qualified MD pathologists stationed at the processing labs. Reports also include secure digital verification. If a sample does not meet the laboratory’s acceptance requirements, recollection is requested instead of issuing an unreliable result.
32. How are discounts and offer prices determined?
Healthcare Offers receives authorized partner rates for eligible Thyrocare tests and packages and publishes the available reduction against the laboratory’s current listed price or MRP. An offer can depend on the test or package, provider tariff, city, collection method, booking channel, promotional period, or multi-person booking conditions. The final payable amounts are clearly mentioned against tests and profiles, and are updated regularly.
Prescriptions, Records and Customer Support
33. Do I need a doctor’s prescription to book a test or scan?
Many routine blood tests and preventive health checkup packages can be booked without a prescription. A valid doctor’s prescription is required for certain specialized investigations and imaging services such as CT and PET-CT scans. Share a clear copy of the prescription when the test name, method or scan protocol needs to be verified.
34. Can I add or change a test after my booking is confirmed?
Yes, provided the request is made in time and the required service is available. Before sample collection, contact the same WhatsApp number or official channel used for booking. Any change in preparation, sample requirements, or payable amount will be confirmed through an updated order. Extra tests can be added to a fixed profile or package, but tests cannot be removed from the confirmed composition of a fixed package. After sample collection, an additional test is possible only if the laboratory has enough suitable sample and the sample remains valid for that investigation. Otherwise, another collection will be required.
35. What happens if the collection appointment is missed or the sample has to be collected again?
If the phlebotomist does not arrive within the confirmed collection window, or the person being tested is unavailable, contact the same booking channel with the order details so another available slot can be arranged. Recollection can also be required when a sample is insufficient, clotted, incorrectly collected or otherwise unsuitable for reliable analysis. The reason for recollection, the revised appointment and its effect on report delivery are confirmed for the individual order.
36. How can I correct my name, age, gender or other details on an order or report?
Report the error immediately through the official channel used for the booking and provide the order ID and correct information. Details can usually be corrected in the order before sample processing begins. Once a laboratory report has been issued, only the issuing laboratory can approve and release an amended report, and identity verification or documentary proof can be required. Healthcare Offers can forward and follow up on the correction request but cannot directly edit a laboratory report.
37. How are prescriptions, reports and personal information handled?
Healthcare Offers uses the information provided by you to answer an inquiry, arrange the requested service, coordinate sample collection, confirm payment, assist with report delivery or resolve a complaint. Only the information required for these purposes is shared with the processing laboratory, sample collection team, imaging center or payment provider. Healthcare Offers does not sell or rent personal information. Use an official communication channel and share only the information required for the request. Full medical reports should not be uploaded through a general contact form unless they are specifically required to resolve a report issue. Reports are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties unless disclosure is required by law or ordered by a competent authority. Rights concerning access, correction and deletion are explained in the Privacy and Cookies Policy .
38. Where should I report an order problem or raise an unresolved complaint?
For an active booking, sample collection, payment, or report-delivery problem, first contact the same official channel used to place the order. Include the registered name and mobile number, order ID, service date, and a clear description of the problem. If the matter remains unresolved, use the grievance contact details listed on the Healthcare Offers contact page. Concerns involving laboratory processing, report validation, or correction are referred to the laboratory that issued the report because Healthcare Offers cannot alter laboratory findings independently.
