- Recent USG Report: Anomaly / Level 2 scan done between 14–22 weeks.
- Maternal Details: Date of Birth (DOB) and exact current weight.
- Pregnancy Details: Last Menstrual Period (LMP) and conception type (Natural or IVF).
- Medical History: Diabetes status, smoking/alcohol history, history of a previous pregnancy affected by Trisomy 21.
Note: Incorrect or missing USG inputs will significantly alter or invalidate the risk estimate.

Because the calculation is statistical, any risk indicated is NOT confirmatory evidence of fetal abnormality. A “screen-positive” or “high-risk” result simply indicates that further clinical evaluation (such as NIPT or amniocentesis) may be required.
Clinical Limitations:
- Risk calculation cannot be performed for triplets or higher-order gestations.
- For twin pregnancies with fetal demise (vanishing twin), risk estimation may be unreliable.
- Different screening software and assay methodologies may yield varying risk estimates.
