Serum Electrolytes Test

2. Fill up the form beside or above the package/profiles with full name (first and last name, age, gender, mobile number, email id, complete address, area PIN code, preffered date and time of appointment, and click on submit button.

3. Within few hours, you will get call back from both ours and Thyrocare's representative to confirm the order and fixing the appointment.

4. If you miss any appointment fixing call, please check your mobile messages and email for further instruction.

5. Once the appointment will be fixed, technician will be assigned to collect sample from your home or office as per your convenience.

6. You may either pay online by clicking the link provided to you after order confirmation or scan the QR code to pay during the sample collection.

7. You will get call from Thyrocare agent to fix an appointment.

8. Assigned technician will collect the blood and/or urine sample as per your appointment.

9.You will receive the report over email in 24 to 48 hours of sample collection.

10. If you choose for additional hard copy report by paying extra Rs.75 for courier charge, you will get the same within 3-4 days.
