Role Summary
As a Blood Collection Specialist, you’ll be the face of Thyrocare in homes and at our partner centers. A Day in This Role
- 6:00–7:30 AM: Review route plan, check kits, calibrate scanner, confirm first patient.
- 7:30–10:30 AM: Home collections—ID check, consent, draw, label, cold-chain, digital log in LIMS.
- 10:30 AM–12:00 PM: Drop-off, pre-processing assistance, escalate hemolyzed/insufficient samples.
- 12:00–1:00 PM: Lunch + sanitization; restock vacutainers, needles, swabs, PPE.
- 1:00–3:00 PM: Center walk-ins, report queries, feedback capture, end-of-shift reconciliation.
