Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

At Healthcare Offers, we act as an authorized facilitator for booking diagnostic and preventive health checkup services in association with NABL-certified laboratories across India. Our operations are service-based and do not involve the sale of any tangible goods.

1. Payment Policy

Most of our customers prefer the convenience of paying directly during sample collection. This model ensures transparency and trust — you pay only when your health test booking is confirmed and the phlebotomist arrives for collection.

However, if you wish to make an advance payment while booking a test, you may do so through the secure payment link shared by our support team. All transactions are processed via trusted payment gateways compliant with RBI and associated bank regulations.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled before sample collection without any penalty.
  • If you have paid in advance and later cancel before collection, your refund will be processed as per RBI and the concerned bank’s refund timelines.
  • In the rare event of a technical or logistic failure from our end, full refunds (if applicable) will be initiated automatically.

3. Refund Timelines

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days of confirmation. The amount will be credited back through the same payment method used at the time of booking, in accordance with RBI and payment-gateway norms.

4. Non-Returnable Services

Since our offerings are diagnostic services, there are no physical products to return. Once a sample is collected and sent for processing, cancellation or return is not applicable. Customers are encouraged to review their booking details before confirming a test.

5. Physical Products (informational clause)

Our core business is limited to diagnostic and preventive health checkup services. However, if in the future Healthcare Offers facilitates or distributes any health-related physical materials (for example, printed wellness guides or sample-collection accessories), the general consumer protection norms below would guide the process. These details are provided only for transparency and do not represent an active sales policy.

  • Applicability: This clause applies only if a tangible product is explicitly sold or shipped. It does not apply to diagnostic services.
  • Cancellation: Customers may withdraw from such product orders before dispatch or within a reasonable period after receipt, as per prevailing consumer laws.
  • Condition of Receipt: Any item received in a damaged state will be reviewed and resolved through our support team; photographic proof may be requested.
  • Compliance: All refunds or resolutions (if applicable) will follow RBI and bank guidelines governing electronic transactions.

Note – Healthcare Offers does not currently retail or ship any physical goods; this section exists only to clarify our consumer-friendly intent should such items ever be introduced.
