STD Profile Advanced includes additional molecular tests and replaces Chlamydia IgG/IgM antibody testing with Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) (PCR). It also includes Neisseria gonorrhoea (NG) (PCR).

STD Profile Comprehensive (Extended) includes the tests in the advanced panel and adds Mycoplasma Genitalium PCR (MG-PCR) and Trichomonas Vaginalis PCR (TV-PCR). The panels use ELISA, CMIA, and PCR technologies for the profiles.
